We made our name from engagement rings, but we bring the same personal, bespoke design service to every piece we create. With over 23 years in the industry, we know how to take your vision, your style, and your budget and turn them into something you'll treasure.
How it works
How we work with you to find the perfect piece.

Initial consultation
In a free 15-minute call we'll learn about what you're looking for — your style, the occasion, and your needs. If you decide to retain our services, we charge £300 to initiate your project, deducted from your final invoice.

Face to face design session
We'll develop initial ideas and present them to you in person. You'll get hands-on with materials and similar pieces, helping us narrow down exactly the right direction together.

Final design and creation
You can leave the rest in our capable hands. Depending on the piece, final design and production typically takes 2–3 weeks. Once everything is perfect, your jewellery is delivered beautifully packaged — a new heirloom with a story to tell.

We ask our client for a retainer when we start working on design concepts and production work. The first discussion and subsequent correspondence is generally free of charge.

We aren’t a retailer, and we source stock to specific client requirements rather than having pieces hanging around waiting for someone to like them!
Can you find me a special gemstone?

Yes we can, and have delivered some amazing gems to clients. Most of the time we’ll then make the stones into jewellery, but we happily just supply the stone to the client for them to have made into jewellery by a preferred source.

We hate the word ‘cheap’ as we feel that buying ‘cheap’ means you own something that is cheap – that is, it has little value. Our service is focused on delivering the best value to every client, which means a pendant may cost the same as on the high street, for a larger diamond, or better materials. If you are on a lower budget, we may not be able to help. We will advise accordingly if we feel that you are going to be spending more on our service than is justifiable against jewellery that may come from overseas (most of our product is made in the UK or Germany).
What is the difference between made to order and bespoke?
What is the difference between made to order and bespoke?
Made to order covers existing jewellery designs, while bespoke is a jewellery design that has been curated specifically to the client brief. Made to order jewellery is almost always less expensive that bespoke, because you are not paying for design hours.
